食Norcolut停出血3日後又有血

病患者女 - 39歲

我2019年開始經期完幾天後又出血。做了多項檢查：甲狀腺正常，子宮內膜正常，抹片正常，但子宮內有1.2cm息肉和有肌瘤在左卵巢外。曾經經期最長18日。醫生處方Norcolut後第3日沒有血沒有啡色分泌物，但第4日又有鮮血，我應繼續食藥，不用理會，還是要再看醫生呢？
