頭頸部淋巴腫痛應該睇邊科？

病患者男 - 33歲

近年，時常感到頭頸部腫痛，這種疼痛感從整個脖頭到頸再延伸到頭部深處，似是淋巴腫。運動之後更加嚴重，跑步或跳繩後疼痛難忍。最近打完復必泰更加明顯，連腋下淋巴也腫得嚴重，甚至無法合埋手臂。

因家族有心腦血管疾病史，幾乎所有長輩都中風高血壓通波仔，很擔心自己也有事！想做詳細檢查，但又不知應該如何下手，應該睇邊科？請賜教！感激不盡！
