咽喉滴血

本人48歲在去年9月漱口時因喉核向上頂而引至喉嚨迫出兩滴血及我有扣痰的習慣現已停止. 日常生活裡咳嗽是沒有血出的情況, 請問這是否咽喉癌先兆? 謝謝!
