內側副韌帶

我上個月跑步，膝頭內側突然好痛，去睇跌打，個醫師話內側副韌帶受傷，測試時係腳向外面屈係痛的，向內屈係無事的，睇左幾次跌打唔痛了，但內側有時會突然扯痛幾下，同膝頭後面腳窩位好似條筋扯住左，無左邊咁鬆，跌打醫師話發炎，請問是否真的是內側副韌帶受傷？我應該去睇什麼科？是否只可以照Mri？因太貴了，有無其他儀器可以照？
