脾臟血管瘤

病患者男 - 49歲

你好醫生：
我的胃經常痛，尤其是在飯後，做了胃腸鏡後，發現是胃炎，食了三個月藥還未好，再去做一次全腹部電腦掃描：發現脾臟有粒10 mm的血管瘤，請問是否胃痛和這血管瘤有關係？會有生命危險嗎？需要切除嗎?十分擔憂，望醫生能給些意見，感激萬分🙏
