8歲開始發育

女兒今年8歲，讀小三，4月開始已發現佢開始發育，開頭乳房微微脹，最近發現乳房又大左，頭髮開始會變立，鼻有黑頭，額頭也長出小小粉刺，請問太早發育會唔會有問題？另外人地話開始發育後2年內就會黎m，之後就會高得好少，我擔心佢不會變高，現在只有129cm，請問她要去看醫生嗎？謝謝解答
