頭暈頭痛

病患者男 - 35歲

近期行行下路個人會感覺到暈浪感覺，但好快就沒有了，另外後腦位置好間中會有頭痛，痛既時間好小，唔頻密，想請問醫生我係咪要做一個腦部檢查?謝謝
