擔口會不會舌癌

舌尖左右邊緣潰瘍，右邊有好轉，但左邊的有兩星期了沒好轉，有紅腫，今天附近還多生了幾粒小小白色也像是潰瘍。
擔口會不會舌癌。
（P.S. 1個多月前大牙做了植牙開始口腔舌頭都有陸續潰瘍但都有好了，就是這次舌尖的一直沒好）很擔心。
如要診所應找什麼科。
