大便後痛

病患者男 - 36歲

你好醫生

我每次大便完肛門會有隱隱痛，好像腫腫痛痛的感覺，開車久坐都會有這情況，晚上有時都會這樣，難以入睡，請問會是什麼問題嗎?需要安排照鏡嗎?
