血液傳播

今天不小心把手心弄傷並有流血，剛巧有一隻蚊飛過並把它拍死，很多鮮血立刻從蚊的身上溢出，並沾在我的手心上。若這些血是此蚊剛剛吸了愛滋病人的血，我有沒有感染風險? 現在非常擔心。
