附睪炎

病患者男 - 20歲

你好 我上星期到泌尿科看診 診斷為附睾輕微發炎 吃了一個星期的抗生素， 但附睾腫塊仍然未散，以現在已經沒有抗生素可以吃了 想問一定要吃抗生素吃到好嗎？
