熱過敏

醫生你好,我今年開始受這問題所困擾,平日吃熱的食物時,做運動時,被陽光照射時,總之只要是覺得熱時,全身都會異常地痕癢,這種痕癢像被針刺的感覺.
上網搜索後懷疑得了"熱過敏".網上資料說此症不能根治,只能舒緩.請問是真的嗎?請醫生解答.謝謝!
