膝内侧半月板撕裂

病患者男 - 55歲

証實膝内侧半月板撕裂，是否一定要做微創手術治療呢？每次坐下起來都膝内侧非常痛，一受壓就痛，行路一拐一拐，企定比走路還痛，連膝背也崩緊，不過行幾分鍾後又鬆小小冇咁痛，現在除了内侧關折痛以外，還影响膝後扯住痛，可有药物治療嗎？可以不做半月板修補.切除手術嗎？
