抗焦慮藥副作用

病患者男 - 40歲

醫生好，我叫梁柏杰，已服用effexor 有一年時間，現在食緊150mg, 時間久了發現性慾減退，陰徑很難勃起和硬，上網查看，才得知這是抗焦慮藥最普遍的副作用。請問一下醫生，上網看到新藥vortioxetine能減少性功能和副作用較小的藥，請問一下廣泛焦慮症是否適合用該藥治療，或者有何方法可以將性功能減退的副作用消失。
