照了大腸鏡

病患者女 - 48歲

本人因大便有血,照了大腸鏡,發現有一粒0.45cm管狀腺瘤(已切是良性), 令有輕微內痔，請問駛吾駛復診？內痔有什麼解決方法，會自然消失？
