戒凍飲問題

我的工作需要體力勞動

從小到大喜歡喝凍飲，天氣炎熱飯後口渴便十分想凍飲

直至現在開始驗到血脂肝酵素高重視了飲食健康
看中醫針灸電療，雖然可以戒了咖啡奶茶etc..
但是戒甜飲、凍飲也幫助不大

請問我的問題可以找什麼專業去調理了？
