胃痛引致肚屙

病患者女 - 43歲

近 2 日胃有陣痛出現，不時拿住拿住！人訓平會比較好，側睡亦會有痛的感覺。嚐試用手心於胃部搓揉感覺會比較得到舒緩！

另外，胃痛亦引起肚屙情況，不算嚴重但開始頻密！請問是腸胃炎嗎？
