杜牙根

病患者女 - 26歲

之前智慧齒斜生（係右邊大牙後面）令我右邊下顎大牙蛀左，之後都補過牙。但呢段又痛返，一時就右上邊大牙痛，一時就下邊大牙痛。下顎面有少少腫。一般呢種牙痛情況係咪都需要杜牙根？

係咪大腦都通常唔能夠分清楚邊隻牙齒痛，令到我時上邊大牙痛，一時就下邊大牙痛。謝謝。
