鼻咽癌用哪種化療來醫治較好?

病患者男 - 70歲

鼻咽癌已擴散至骨及肝,化療採用Docetaxel加Carboplatin來醫治較好,還是用Gemcitabine加Carboplatin來醫治較好呢?
