失控購物的傾向

你好醫生。本人有失控購物的傾向。唔係因為有需要。像強迫症一樣。當我看見一件東西。即使當下沒買。回家會整晚失眠不停回想購買該物品。完全已經控制不到。當喜歡上那類物品是會不停買。我還借錢按揭樓宇來買東西。我每次買完都有好深罪疚感同不停想死的念頭。最近還開始失眠。唔想見人。我應該點做？可以睇醫生或者食藥嗎？
