腦震荡後出現头晕

病患者男 - 37歲

上個月我先生在韓國滑雪時撞到頭，出現短暫失憶、頭痛、暈和左邊頸痛。當時照了ct scan無野，但疼痛和暈持續發生，返到香港也住了一晚医院做检查，不過医生話無事。開始2個星期是一有暈和痛就食藥，第3個星期開始就停止食藥，情况也好轉，幾日無痛和晕，但前日開始他又覺暈，重新食藥。請問他需要繼續休息或睇腦神經外科(請指教邊科比較適合)？
