抑鬱症藥物引致肥胖

病患者女 - 17歲

醫生你好，我看精神科醫生已接近一年，診斷有抑鬱症和輕微思覺失調，現在食緊Olanzapine 15 mg and Fluoxetine 40 mg.我在這半年肥了30 磅，想問醫生有冇其他藥物的建議呢？
