膝蓋位置附近拉得緊崩及有點痛

我右腳最近不知為何,有點不舒服,記憶中沒扭傷,沒撞擊,,站在地上,右腳沒法站直,膝蓋位置附近拉得緊崩及有點痛.. 我應該先看骨科或是找什麼醫生檢查嗎?

這兩年來,先是右手出現50肩病徵,後來是左手. 現在右腳也突然有不妥,有關係嗎?
