小孩指甲快脫落了, 怎麼辦?

病患者女 - 3歲

小孩快三歲，手指被摺凳夾到當時有流血其後沒有流膿及疼血, 現在過了兩週, 發現指甲的4份3部份快脫落，指甲根部還黏住少少，

暫且用紗布包著免得勾到掉下來。

接著我該怎辦？先把快掉的修剪掉然後包著等它重生的部份長出來？還是這情況必定是等它整片脫落才會重生指甲呢？
