諮詢不能受孕的檢查方法

王醫生，您好！
我今年39歲，和丈夫結婚10年了。前期因為生活關系，到近期才決定懷孕要孩子，從三月開始沒有做避孕措施，但一直沒有懷上。聽說要做不同的檢查找原因。
從前曾經上避孕環，在6年前已經取了。亦沒有吃避孕藥，主要是自然的避孕方法。
身體檢查是有子宮肌瘤約3cm,買保險亦通過。
你建議應該做怎樣的檢查？

Given your age, the rule of waiting a year of self-trying to conceive before getting medical help does not apply. It would be helpful for you to see a gynaecologist to have an initial consult, +/-investigations to allow you a more realistic approach or direction for conception.
