小產後手術問題

你好，我因胎兒沒有心跳做了藥流，胎囊於藥流後12日後排出，於藥流後16日照超聲波顯示仍有少量白色陰影部分，藥流後19日始停了出血。請問如於藥流後23日再覆診時如仍未清是否一定要做手術？可否再用藥或等待下次經期排出？
