減肥

目前正服用醫生開的減肥藥Zerotex 120mg,Panbesy 15mg,請問會對身體有影響嗎?尤其對肝臟有影響嗎?另外,食了Zerotex 120mg排油丸後,第3日屁股猛放濕屁和猛漏似辣椒油顏色兼帯臭的油,這是正常嗎?要用衛生巾才可索到油,影響到日常生活和夫妻間的生活了,是否一直食排油丸一直都在放油嗎?可否停食?謝謝解答!
