經常磨牙 口臭口苦

醫生你好 我每天睡覺都有磨牙的習慣 有一次輕輕刷牙就牙齦出血。平日經常早上活晚上剛刷完牙未進食時 口也會臭。我在我的左手無名指指甲下方有一個白點。這些症狀是否說明是腸胃問題？該看什麼科醫生？
