需要睇精神科嗎

醫生您好,我唔知幾時開始間唔中會冇啦啦感覺好驚~驚果陣心跳得好快,呼吸好辛苦~好似有大石頭壓住我咁!!當我感覺好驚果陣,會覺得自己聽野好靈敏,成日覺得有人望住我....!!我曾經多次突然心跳好快,對眼睇野黑晒,出冷汗暈低!!上年因為暈低而入醫院,做過24小時心電圖,超聲波,傾斜床等等都搵吾到咩原因!!請問醫生我有需要睇精神科嗎??係咪心理影響搞到出現暈低情況??
