頭暈

九十多歳外婆最近常覺暈，由其早上起床及睌上睡落床時丶亦見普通科醫生了，只是說可能有時血壓高，又叫注意體位。說應不是中風或爆血管跡象。但外婆有時覚得左邊頭殻痺丶要用手挖頭皮舒緩。醫生有何意見?
