多年帶假牙開始鬆動

你好陳醫生，得知你做假牙經驗豐富，有問題想賜教，望請回覆！

本人年輕時候已患有牙周病，未到40已經全口牙齒鬆脫需要配戴全口假牙。現在這副假牙帶了10年，開始不穩固了。請問可以如何處理？

是否一定要固定植牙？還有什麼方法？
