雙極性情緒病

病患者女 - 32歲

有雙極性情緒病多年 15至17年有穩定但17年後期無論如何調藥都不理想副作用太大至思想常常混亂近個月已失去自理能力想法極負面每日都過着行屍走肉疲倦不適時而情緒失控到自殺應如何治療及支援呢
另想問除情緒病外還有甚麼生理問題呢？除精神科醫生外還可請教咩醫生呢？
