陰莖皮膚痕癢發白，是性病嗎

病患者男 - 20歲

大約都有3~6個月了。
陰莖只有右半部分大部分發白，

越接近陰囊越大範圍
但陰囊只有接近陰莖根部的部分會痕癢，

而且間中會痕癢，
是感染了性病嗎？

請問我該如何解決
