飲奶會咳，伴隨嘔吐

醫生您好，

小囡2歲半，前天晚上開始飲奶時會咳（不是嗆到，及平時沒有咳的），繼而嘔吐。每次飲奶都如是，一直未見有肚瀉，直至昨晚才有肚瀉。腋探37度。開初以為是氣管敏感導致咳嗽。請問醫生我囡兒會是什麼病？謝謝
