腰痛

病患者男 - 30歲

醫生你好
我條腰下方近盆骨位置好痛。已有幾年。本來只係條骨兩邊肌肉痛。但近排發覺條骨都開始痛。最嚴重試過痛到隻右腳麻痹。現時彎腰起身果下最痛。請問是要腰椎盤突出嗎？要做手術嗎？
