肝發現陰影

醫生你好，本人27歲，多年前切除膽囊，近來身體檢查照超聲波時，肝臟位置發現一個陰影，約1.31cm，基本上肝臟位置沒有不適的情況，請問是否要做其他檢查？這個陰影是甚麼病？謝謝
