手腕撞傷後用力後有內部疼痛

代問: 手腕撞傷後物理治療衝擊波短波中頻一個月，有中藥外敷，針灸等，但手腕活動及用力後有內部疼痛，可以再做什麼進一步檢查，如mri,肌電圖，會是什麼原因疼痛，活動角度正常，超聲波檢查肌腱發炎損傷但沒撕裂，超聲波可檢查到神經線？謝謝醫生解答。

因手撞傷問題曾引致壓力，是外界壓力及擔心傷後復原情度會否影響以後工作及工作能力，情緒較波動，曾哭5天。
