想問本人因中風關係需要食阿士匹靈開始時醫生開Famotidine 但有胃酸倒流情況醫生開了Pantocol40mg 但現在仍有胃酸倒流情況每次食嘉胃斯康就能解決想問應該轉回Fatmotidne 嗎? 因Pantocol 好像不能長期服用另外本人曾有幽門螺旋菌問題
