龜頭紅印及痕癢

何醫生您好，

本人最近發現龜頭上有紅印及感到痕癢。

本人有光顧性工作者的習慣（一個月大概兩次），全部皆用安全套性交，但大多沒有用套口交。

請問是否患上了性病？謝謝
