血壓

病患者女 - 73歲

本人正在吃血壓藥, 吃藥後 (上壓 120-130, 下壓 50-60)
但最近下壓只有48, 於是醫生建議停一種藥, (本來要吃2種血壓藥), 但停藥後下壓正常, 上壓卻變成 140 - 180,
心臟, 腎功能均正常, 請問為何血壓會這樣不穩定呢?
