後腦位置腫左

病患者女 - 29歲

你好，最近發現頭後腦右邊位置腫左 好似一粒野咁但唔痛 硬的..但最近記憶中沒有撞過 而亦都冇頭痛頭暈...想詢問意見..應該睇邊一科醫生呢？
