脚跟痛（輕微母指外翻）

病患者男 - 59歲

有輕微左邊母指外翻(自己認為）,最近穿了新的帆船，感覺脚眼痛楚，但沒有皮損，換了波鞋有同一感覺，穿了涼鞋好些，早上起床後較痛，小腿感覺肌肉很實，脚根拉緊至小腿至大脾有麻卑及痛感，煩請醫生回覆。

註: 食緊類固醇藥二個月10mg 及免疫干擾素
