包皮手術後包扎

李醫生你後，前兩日在你診所做完包皮手術，回家後每次小便都弄濕紗布，需要馬上更換嗎？還有，傷口大不分無痛，只有一個位置手術後不定時反復刺痛並流血，按壓後停止一段時間，但刺痛後又會流血。
