右腳下肢無力並腫脹刺痛

葉醫生,您好！本人這五年來身體不停需要做手術,比如：做杜牙,脫牙都需要用！會否影響到腳下肢無力？局部麻醉劑用得多！會否引致骨質疏鬆症呢？我痛症是在右腳,還有腫脹痛！有時痛起來好像有刺針刺著的一下一下的感覺！請問這屬於神經痛症嗎？祈盼著回復！謝謝！
