我是得了hpv了嗎?

病患者男 - 21歲

三日前龜頭和包皮長了幾粒細小物體沖涼時用水抹可以撫平表面
平了之後有一個又一個細小圓凹坑外圍有白色圈而且會擴散表面看沒有hpv描述嘅突出狀況
其實今年也試過兩次後來看了醫生查詢抹了ㄧ兩星期藥物好了
但今次又復發朋友說龜頭炎很容易復發那我想問一下我這個情況而龜頭炎還是hpv病徵！！
