頸椎問題

病患者男 - 16～17歲

在大概3年前左右，因體育課後滾翻動作弄傷頸椎，當時走到跌打醫館求醫，治療後即時頸肩週圍肌肉沒有再繃緊疼痛。但是頸椎似乎沒有完全康復，頸椎左右轉動沒有問題，但在向上望的時候頸椎中段則會出現刺痛感，自行感覺頸椎大概第三第四節好像有點移位，請問我該向骨科醫生求醫還是脊椎神經科醫生求醫？
