蛋白尿檢驗廿四小時586 mg

病患者男 - 47歲

約大半年發現尿液有泡做了一個簡單尿液檢查結果2+、近期再做尿液檢查得出結果3+、之後需要做一個廿四小時尿液檢查得出結果586 mg /24hr 、糖化血色素為5.6、本身亦有血壓高需要服用血壓藥已4～5年、請問情况嚴重嗎？特别是蛋白精況嚴重嗎?
