20cm 肝囊腫

病患者男 - 86歲

父親多年前發現有多顆肝囊腫。幾日前因肚痛到私院檢查發覺其中有一囊腫漲大至20cm，擠壓著附近器官。現在食止痛片和抗生素维持。請問有没有其它解决方案？
