尿液問題

病患者男 - 23歲

醫生你好，早前有一晚起床上廁所時，尿有泡，而且沖水後仍有氣泡。再睡後相隔兩小時的早晨尿液則沒有問題。（之前晚上/早晨的尿液有泡，但很快便消散）。數天前有去檢查尿液常規，一切正常，但數天後就有這個狀況。想問醫生這個情況應怎處理？
（當天起床咽喉有少許赤痛）（平常有運動，跑步/健身，當天亦有）
