膝蓋傷患，去拍了x-ray，顯示左膝股骨，脛骨，髕骨關節邊緣增生，硬化，少許骨贅，內測關節間隙狹窄，髕上囊腫張，髕上囊腫張，伴有積液，如何治療，謝謝
